I just loved the cozy lobby area with its comfy armchairs and beautiful flower displays. It felt so welcoming and relaxing, perfect for seniors like me. the hotel's convenient layout made it easy for me to navigate with my walker, and the staff kindly assisted me whenever I needed help.

Great location! It's so handy, just a stone's throw away from the mall and theater. 🎭 Plus, it's super peaceful here, perfect for a good night's sleep.

Perfectly clean and brand-new room, comfortable beds. Fast check in and late check out. Not to mention excellent wifi! The location comfortable and perfect in a better area. And short walk to downtown and a waffle house for the first time and shops.

You reservation stunk. Thank gawd they had rooms, because your reservation was never made. The hotel kept our rate even when you morons screwed up.

The room was relaxing and brand-new, and the location of the hotel was perfect! I loved the room with a jacuzzi, and my bed was comfortable. A microwave, coffee/tea making machines, and a refrigerator were provided. I would return there after staying for one night.

The staff was very professional and the location was convenient. The manager apologized for the issues we had and took swift action.

Our room was not clean. The sheet on the bed had a red stain on it, a centipede crawled across the floor (2nd floor room), there was hair in the bathtub, & there were crumbs all over the dresser. The room was also dusty.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Quality Inn Toledo and would definitely return. The breakfast, with a waffle maker and scrambled eggs, was great for what you got. The room was a decent size and had comfortable amenities, including a microwave, coffee/tea making machines, and a refrigerator. The location was convenient and the staff was top-class.
